After graduating from college Bill spent the first 20 years of his vocational life as a pastor. Most recently he served as the Executive Pastor at a large multi-site church in Pennsylvania. In his role he had the privilege of coaching and leading 20 paid staff and 100’s of amazing volunteers.In 2013, following an emerging passion to coach and work with business leaders , Bill joined the John Maxwell Team (an international team of coaches in over 100 countries around the world) as a certified speaker, trainer, and coach. In 2014, after 2 decades in vocational ministry, he took the entrepreneurial plunge and started his own coaching business. His “Why” is the same. It’s just that the platform has changed. Bill is passionate about helping leaders build great teams and develop dynamic cultures where people love to come to work. His services include executive coaching, leadership coaching, team culture development, and strategic planning.
